1 Introduction & Acceptance

ngd33 ("we", "platform") is an online betting and casino service provider. By accessing this website or creating an account, you declare that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions ("Terms") in full.

We may request identity documents or other paperwork at any time for age verification. If it is established that a user is a minor, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may not be refundable.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being cancelled.

3.1 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration you must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information gives ngd33 the right to suspend or cancel the account.

3.2 Password Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification

To ensure security and prevent money laundering, ngd33 conducts an identity verification process (KYC). Withdrawals may be limited until verification is complete.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

All financial transactions on ngd33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support the following payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's widely used mobile wallet.
• Nagad — the mobile financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet.
• Upay — United Commercial Bank's mobile service.

4.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (applicable for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.

4.2 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Delays may occur if verification is pending.

4.3 Refund Policy

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be reversed. If any abnormal transaction occurs due to a technical error, ngd33 reserves the right to correct that amount.

5 Bonus & Promotion Policy

ngd33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its registered members from time to time. The following conditions apply when accepting these bonuses:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus; total balance will be ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳28,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus; total balance will be ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not on the deposited amount). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be used on specific games — see the offer details.
• Attempting to collect bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• ngd33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 VIP Program & Rewards

ngd33 runs a three-tier VIP programme for active members:

• Bronze: weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold: weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

7 Prohibited Activities & Account Closure

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ngd33 platform:

• Any attempt at fraud, deception, or bonus abuse.
• Operating multiple accounts or creating an account on behalf of another person.
• Attempting to manipulate the game or betting system using software, bots, or automated methods.
• Any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Harassment or misconduct towards other users of the platform.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

For any of the above violations, ngd33 may immediately suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice and forfeit all deposited funds and bonuses.

Any matters relating to the applicable law and jurisdiction for the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms will be determined by ngd33. Any dispute will first be addressed through negotiation.
